1. Services Provided
Munich International Education is an educational consultancy based in Kathmandu, Nepal. We provide German language training classes, university counseling selection, admission application filing, and student visa guidance. We do not guarantee university admission offers or visa approvals, as these decisions are made solely by respective universities and embassy authorities.
2. Language Course Fees
Fees for German language classes (A1–B2) must be paid in accordance with the batch structure before the start of training. Course materials and mock test fees are outlined upon registration. Once a batch begins, course fees are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in your enrollment form.
3. User Obligations
Students must provide accurate, complete, and authentic academic records, certificates, identity verification, and financial documents. Presenting forged or modified records is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of services without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All training material, language worksheets, mock test papers, and website content provided by Munich International Education are protected by copyright. Students may use these resources for personal studies only, and unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.
5. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our consultancy services or batches indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
